To understand these dynamics in practice, The Positive Group conducted an in-depth qualitative study with senior leaders from large global organizations across professional services, financial services, consumer brands, aviation, and life sciences. Through interviews and focus groups with 35 CEOs, CHROs, chief innovation officers, and functional leaders accountable for AI strategy, workforce impact, and risk, we explored how leaders are experiencing AI adoption in real time: the conversations shaping direction, how adaptability is being tested, and the behaviors sustaining progress.
