The results were surprisingly positive: 45% of respondents said they are achieving a great deal of value from AI and an additional 45% said they are achieving moderate value. Only 9% indicated that their organization is achieving a small amount of value, and virtually zero (0.2%) said they were achieving no value. This relatively high level of reported value runs counter to somewidely publicized studiessuggesting much lower returns, although they were focused on value from generative AI alone.
